“Trust me,” he said,
And held out his hand.
“I will” she replied,
Like trusting the sand.
“Love me,” he cooed,
And showed off his heart.
“I love you,” she said,
Now can’t be apart.
“Follow me,” he insisted,
And started to show.
“Take me away,” She agreed,
And let her life go.
“Leave me,” he ordered,
And pushed her away.
“ I hate you!” she cried,
Still lost to this day.
“Kill me,” she whispered,
As she looked down the cup.
“Need to go,” she sobbed,
Her life, to the poison, gave up.
And held out his hand.
“I will” she replied,
Like trusting the sand.

It Hurts
Did you believe me when I told you that,
That it didn't hurt at all?
You're a fool, my dear, for listening.
Is that why you let me fall?
Did you kill me just for saying
That it hurt not for a minute?
Did you believe my heart unbreakable,
That my heart just wasn't in it?
Why are you hurt when I say
That I was hurt as well?
It's impossible not to hurt,
Not after how we fell.
IT HURTS, my dear, my once-love,
And it's not unreasonable to.
Stop turning your guilt to anger.
I can hurt because of you.
So, yes, I hurt. Accept it,
And accept it with great care.
You'll have to face it someday:
You're in my heart,
And you'll be forev

How to heal a broken heart.
How to heal a broken heart:
Do not write love poems.
Forgive yourself for the one morning you didn't kiss him awake while the alarm clock rang.
Let yourself cry when you realise you don't remember the last time he said "I love you".
And again, when you know exactly when you said "I love you" last, and it didn't matter to him anymore.
And again.
And again.
Do not count days between the last time he saw you naked and the night he told you he hadn't been happy for months.
And don't ask yourself what that last time meant to him.
Delete the songs you know you'll never be able to listen to again.
And his number from your phone.

No Pain
you see no mark upon my skin
you see no tear in my eye
you see no sign of pain
therefor I must not be in pain
I must not cry myself
to sleep at night
or wake up screaming
because of haunted dreams
I must not pull the blade
across my skin
and hope that one day
it drives in deeper
I must not fear the darkness
or shudder at the thought of silence
I must not hide myself from
life and prying eyes that
judge your worth as a person
upon the shine of your smile
you hear no gasp escape my mouth
you hear no horror tale from my past
you hear no words of pain
therefor I must not be in pain
I must not scream so loud it's silent

Tee hee. Sorry if this bugs you guys. The rhyme scheme and general style annoys me. However, i liked the idea.
Um, its a poem... about a girl... fooled by just another guy. Not really tricked, but led into somthing that would never last.
It's overly dramatic becuase girls tend to get that way when it comes to affairs of the heart. Never /me/ of course.
